Obituary for David Wayne "Dave" Jarrald

Our dear friend, and uncle left his body on the 30th of April 2019 to pursue new adventures.

David had a love for adventure, and he loved the great outdoors.

He is predeceased by his Mother and Father, Elsie and Ralph Jarrold, and his brother Thomas Jarrold. His next of kin is Stephen Jarrold, David's only nephew.

David was born in Edmonton Alberta on 9 June 1953. At age two he fell out of the second floor window onto a concrete sidewalk and had head injuries that would alter his life forever. David struggled with his schooling yet graduated high school in Edmonton AB. Later with the help of a tutor he became a qualified butcher then later a pipefitter and plumber. His determination was awesome. He once worked in a butcher shop for several weeks until the boss finally hired him.

David was never one to shy away from danger. In his younger years went down the toughest ski trails. He also enjoyed fly kiting, later scuba diving and motorcycling.

When God made David he broke the mold after because he was his own person, definite in what he believed or thought and very in your face if you disagreed with him. That is something to be in awe of. He was a nonconformist. He was a one of a kind.

We will miss you Dave.
