Obituary for Frango Antonio DiMambro

Frango (or Frank as he was known when a youngster) fought a great many battles in his life including schizoaffective disorder beginning in his teens (finally diagnosed in his early 50s) to cancer and left this world at almost 66 years of age. He always faced the world head on with humour, a caring nature and a strong faith and lived a fulfilling life.

Frango leaves behind his beloved wife and caregiver of over 43 years (Linda), his cherished daughter Darla (Tyler) and grandchildren (Malachi, Cheyenne and Jayce) as well as his brother Nick (Tracy), his nieces and nephews and many friends.

Due to COVID-19 there will be no funeral service at this time but when the world reopens (as we know it will) there will be a Celebration of Life arranged in his honour.

Donations may be made in his memory to Gordon United Church (935 Goldstream Avenue, Victoria, BC, V9B 2Y2) or to the Victoria Hospitals Foundation (1252 Bay Street, Victoria, BC, V8R 1J8).
