Born in Victoria, first of three sons to Robert and Maude Miller. Roy leaves his loving wife Lynda Weller-Miller, stepson William Bates. Son Johathan, wife Cat Price, twin granddaughters Alice and Winter. Daughter Sara Miller, granddaughters Anjelica and Amelia. Son Dylan, wife Courtney Hilverda, grandson Elias. All of Victoria. Daughter Elida Van Der Hout, grandsons Nicholas and Charlie, granddaughter Jaclyn of Belleville Ont. Brother-in-law Robert Weller of Angus Ont. Roy’s grandchildren were very special to him and brought much love and joy.

Celebration of Life will be held at the Anglican Church of St Peter and St Paul,1379 Esquimalt Rd. On Saturday February 18th at 2 PM. Interment following in church cemetery.
