It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our son Shawn Savarie at his home in Sidney, BC on February 17, 2023. He was predeceased by his grandparents Nelson and Marie Savarie and Tom Reid.
Shawn is survived by his loving wife Michelle, his parents Pam and Henri Savarie, Grandmother Phyllis Reid, Kelly (Brendan) Hinks, Shawna (Mike Pickett) Savarie, Britney Savarie and grandson Henri Savarie.

Shawn loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He was an animal lover and adored his dogs: Chaos, Bella, Shelby and Ace. Shawn loved to laugh and was the life of the party. He cared about others and helped people whenever he could.

A special thank you to his Godmother Sylvia Goodman and aunt Holly Murphy who were very good to him over the years, and his cousin Shane Savarie who was always there when he needed him. Shawn was loved and cherished by his family. He will live on in our hearts and memories and will never be forgotten.
