Obituary for Tom Sieben
Sieben, Thomas (Tom) Roy.
It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the sudden passing of our dear dad, loving husband, adored Papa, and reliable friend. Tom was born in Nanaimo, BC December 11th 1960, and died in Victoria, BC on March 16th 2021.
He is survived by his wife and best friend, Lindy, and children Heather (Warren) and Stacey (Daniel) and grandchildren, Mackenzie and Oliver. Mother, Julianna, and brother, Rick (Rita). Parents-in-law: Bill and Noreen Thibault. Siblings-in-law: Gordon (Monica), John Bird, Trace (Tina). Predeceased by his father: Alexander, sister, Susan, sister-in-law, Lois and brother-in-law, Darcy.
His family will always cherish their favourite memories with him, such as: trips to Hawaii and Parksville, evening walks around the neighbourhood, and anytime that you got to watch him work on any of the numerous hands-on projects that he did. They will continue to miss his sense of humour, his enormous heart, and the way he always wanted to make everyone around him smile.
Tom lived a life of servanthood like his Saviour Jesus Christ, and was a shining example to all that were blessed to know him. He will be remembered for his generous heart, as he was constantly helping his family and friends with anything and everything; he did it all. Although he is surely in paradise now, no words can express how much he will be missed by those he left behind.
